Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For size exchanges, please refer to our size chart before purchasing.

Size Exchanges
If you need a different size, please refer to our size chart before making a purchase. We accept size exchanges, but you must follow our sizing guide. If an exchange is needed, you are responsible for the shipping fee to send the item back to us.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at contact@mongolvictoria.com. Once we receive your request, we will provide the return address for you to send the product back.
Refunds

Damaged or Lost Packages
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with proof of damage or a missing package. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Once you have notified us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. We will issue a full refund — including the standard outbound shipping cost — within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
